    Coconut Dacquose, Strawberry Confit, Lemon & White Chocolate Mousse, Mirror Glaze

    Options:

    Stawberry could be replaced with Raspberry or Mirror Glaze can be replaced with Velvet Spray for an extra charge. This cake can be made as minis. The Dioxide Titanium and Food Coloring can be omited.
