    Layers:

    Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie, Raspberry Confit, Raspberry Ganache, Dark Chocolate Mousse & Mirror Glaze

    Options:

    Raspberry can be replaced with Strawberry. Mirror Glaze can be replaced with Velvet Spray for an extra charge. This cake can be made as minis and dioxide titanium and Food Coloring can be omited.
